Failed Purchase multiple times

But i got charged from the auths

Hey.

So, i tried buying Object Desktop multiple times today using an international pre-paid Credit Card, however, it failed the purchase all the times i tried.
When i went to check out on my credit card, it charged 3 auths, but didn't finish the purchase.

How would i do to get a refund of that money and try to (hopefully) buy it again? I don't know why it would process the auths only and not the full product.
Also, im kinda scared since im new on that and i only had money for ONE copy.

You should be able to contact the bank about this. They should clear out within a few days. We are unable to do anything on our side for them however.

Ok,i will do this right now, thanks.

EDIT:Spoke to the bank and they said that if i wanted to cancel/try refund, i would have to contact you guys, they also gave me the 3 auth codes of the purchases.

So, is it possible for me to refund or atleast cancel those 3 purchases (without refunds)? They said they can't do anything (they said they are only a mean of communication between the place/person im trying to buy and the bank, tbh i didn't get that well).

its tech not a bank card but a prepaid card.if it works like mine they are retarded and the most you can do is wait, usually a few days for it to cancel out.if it truely did fail but process its cause thats how the prepaid cards are setup.so honestly even stardock may not even see any info on their side cause it in fact didnt even get processed.

a gas station near me has confirmed this before.their system didnt show it but it recognized with the card server.

with no final ok from stardocks side it will cancel out in due time.

thats the problem with these not really bank card cards

Now thats a reply i liked to see, pretty sure thats the case.

My only worry is having a huge debt that i would have no way of paying (i was hardly able to have the money for one copy, imagine three!), But seeing your reply looks like thats what may have happened here.

Next time i better use a ACTUAL credit card (not prepaid) to buy it.
