wbload problem on WindowBlinds 3.99a(beta)

Greetings,
Is anyone bumping into time-bound problem (Timeout, You are using a time limited build of WindowBlinds 4. This build has expired) when running the latest WB?
I was just wondering if weblod (version 4.0.0.0, created 3/20/2003) contains some restrictions that prohibit me to run WB.
I have to delete this file and invoke WB manually everytime when login (instead of automatically running at start-up).
My previous versions of WB also got losted.
It seems to me that new Stardock Central will create new directory c:/programs/Stardock and keeps all the updates out there. While previous Component Manager will have another place for WB (c:\programs\Object Desktop). These two directories seem not working in sync (so all the links at start-up manual still points to the directory that CM created, instead of linking to the latest one that SDC builds).
Sort of messy in recent WB release. Very disappointed.
