Fences 2 activation

hello,

i'm trying to activate my fences 2 for about 1 month, contacted the support, and did't get any solution, followed all  steps the support told me.

tried all this steps.

1- Activate with e-mail and Serial

2- Activate with Stardock Account

3- Activate offline with e-mail and Serial

4- Activate offline with Stardock Account

5- Activate offline with e-mail and Serial using another computer in the same network

6- Activate offline with  Stardock Account using another computer in the same network

7- Activate offline with e-mail and Serial using another computer in another network

8- Activate offline with  Stardock Account using another computer in another  network

9~16 all this steps with my Anti-Virus Disabled(mcafee)

17~24 steps 1 to 8 with another browser (google chrome and Internet explorer 11)

 

but get no luck.

 

How can i activate this software?

Same problem after upgrading to Fences 3.01, old fences are on the desktop, but I cann't make a new one or change a old one.

Fences 2.0 is working.

After more than 1 month trying to activate, now the soft are activated. 

the solution for my problem:

stardock support mail:

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK.

%ProgramData%\Stardock\

In the folder that pops up, you should see a folder named Fences. Please delete this folder and all of its contents.

After you have deleted that folder, please attempt to activate once again and it should succeed without any errors.


after that the online activation failed, but the offline worked. if you have the same problem, try this steps.

I tried all of the above but nothing worked so far, it just didn't accept.

When I tried offline it first said it was "successfully activated" and when I hit Finish it says its not activated, please go back, weird..
