May I install on a second computer, or do I need to buy a second license

I tried to read the EULA to understand whether I may install Fences on my second computer, but I did not really understand what I read. 

Apparently I can install 8 copies on secondary computers if they are controlled by the primary computer or something like that. I have no idea what controlled means here.

 

So... May I install the software on my other computers (I have one desktop and 2 laptops)?

It looks like you were reading the Multiplicity EULA.

You can install and run Fences on up to five.  https://www.stardock.com/support/software_eula.aspx
