As title indicates. are my purchases a one time fee or is it monthly/yearly? (Blinds, Cursor, and Start 10).  I searched and all I came up with was As of 12 February 2014. Thanks all :)

The purchases of individual programs (e.g. WindowBlinds only, CursorFX only, and Start10 only) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

When you purchase Object Desktop, you get a year membership where you get all updates and any news apps while your membership is active. If you decide not to renew, you still keep the current versions of the apps you have.
