Windows Explorer does not skin correctly in Windows 10

Hi,

How do I get the skin to completely skin Windows Explorer?  I am using WindowBlinds 10 on Windows 10 and Windows Explorer window the "File Computer View" Ribbon is never skinned.  I have tried a lot of skins (mainly LightStar's and default Stardock ones that come with the installation) which have Windows 10 support and screenshots in WinCustomize look great but it never works on my system.

TIA!

WB's does NOT skin the ribbon.

More precisely, the ribbon is hard coded and cannot be skinned

Just install OldNewExplorer and you can get rid of all that useless crap in the explorer area of Windows 10. My Windows 10 explorer looks and functions almost exactly like Windows 7.

A bit off topic, but:

For those interested in "Tabbed Explorer", QTTabBar, (v 1.5.0.0 Beta 2), works well with Windows Blinds 10!

(There's a few 'borked' iterations of it out there; I'll post a link of the working version when I find it!)
