Desktop window icon background is semi-transparent when selected, how to make it 100% opaque?

Hi,
i have a problem with my favorite WB Skin "Simple Grey" in that whenever I select any icon in a Desktop window, it has a semi-transparent selection area allowing the background to show through. I would like to keep it 100% opaque while selected but have been unable to find specific instructions on this.
Can anyone give me a tip? See attached screencap for more, thanks!
