Sharing violation stops installation of new version

I get a sharing violation with one of the Start 10 files when I try to upgrade to the newer version. I reinstalled the previous version, which works fine.

What antivirus are you using? If you temporarily disable it, do things work as expected?

I'm using Windows Defender, which I have used in other updates.

Disabling Windows Defender allowed the installation. Thanks for the tip.
