How to cancel trade route

I have been trying to find out how to cancel a trade route. I am playing as Yor in version 1.7.  I have tried selecting the trade route in the Trade tab of the Govern menu screen, and then clicking the "Cancel Route" button, but this does nothing. I cannot find any option to cancel the route when talking to the race through the diplomacy screen.

Is there another method to accomplish this? Or are the Yor unable to cancel trade routes as a "Poor trader" race?

Rutlet if the trade route was initiated by 'the other party' you will not be able to cancel it. If its YOUR trade route you should be able to cancel it.

Govern/Trade/Cancel route works fine for trade routs started by others.

If selecting one started by you does not give the cancel option; ?

The trade routes in question are initiated by my civilization. They began life as regular trade routes and were upgraded to slave trade routes via the malevolent ideology tree, if that makes a difference. 

I am uploading a video in case it answers the question better. While it does not come through the audio on this video, when the mouse pointer hovers over the "Cancel Route" button there is much mashing of the mouse button along with gnashing of teeth. All to no avail, alas.

Hmmm...I can followed your steps and was able to cancel the route.  Can you submit a ticket with the save game attached so we can take a look?  Thank you.
