I've been charged, but no Fences 2.13 key e-mail or download.

I bought Fences yesterday, the 9.99 dollars where charged to my credit card plus some 3 dollars that I wasn't told about (I'd like an explanation of that) but there I can't acces to download Fences and my account doesn't show any bought things or downloaded things, so, what can I do? Please don't tell me I've been robbed.

You haven't been robbed.

The $3 charge is a temporary process relating to 'anti-fraud' and is automatically reversed.  There can be a delay at times between the apparent charge and the purchase notification.  Unless something 'broke' you should see it presently...;)
