Windows Assessment Failure

Hello all!

I have recently built a new system running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1. Neither Windows Experience Index nor the assessment option in Stardock's Tweak 7 are capable of completing a full system scan. I receive an error from both at what I presume is the end of the CPU assessment. My system specifications are as follows:
