why do you have a captcha on your support page, that DOES NOT WORK?

free trial ended on first day

first, why have a support page, if you're going to have a captcha that no one can get past, because no matter how accurately you type the captcha, it says it isn't correct. this is enough to make your head explode in RAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

next, i downloaded stardock, activated my free trial, stardock was working fine, but then started acting up, so i uninstalled it, and reinstalled it, and now it says that my 30 day trial has expired, and i just activated it today. i have a screen-capture of it if you need. i would have included it here, but YOUR ATTACHMENT ICON IS GRAYED OUT! you have my email address on file.
