how to get log off dialog box skinned

I use WB, and have seen in previews of skins that the stand by/turn off computer/log off dialog box is skinned. How do I get mine skinned? I can't seem to figure it out...
Any help would be *greatly* appreciated...

This is a feature of WindowBlinds 4. The official release is Mar 28th, though a beta version is available for Object Desktop subscribers. You will also need skins designed for WB4.
