can't move icons

I'm using Windows 10 Pro K (K as Korean Language).

I wanted to try your fence software on my windows, so I downloaded trial version and installed successfully.

However, there is a problem, which is that I can't move all icons.

I created a fence, and then I tried to move it into the fence, but it was not moved in.

I don't know why it is like this.

I would really appreciate that if anyone teach me how to solve this.

Right-click on the desktop, choose View from the popup menu and make sure you don't have Lock Fences checked.
