Error Installing Fences 3 Beta 2.91

Sharing Violation on file fencesmenu.dll

Running Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Build 14251.rs1_release.160124-1059

Uninstalled fences 2 and rebooted.

Started to install fences 3 beta 2.91. Almost immediately got a sharing violation error on fencesmenu.dll and the installation programs hangs and needs to be killed.

No specific anti-virus running, just Microsoft's own

HELP!

A sharing violation typically occurs when the file being installed is locked or being accessed by another application.

This typically indicates your antivirus/antimalware software is causing some issues during the installation.
