Life time question

I just bought Object Desktop, but I didn't think it would be a subscription model. I would like to refund my order and ask a question, if the original Fence and DeskScape and single linceces have subscription models, too?

Unlike in ObjectDeskop, does the single product of Fences and DeskScape have one year limited updates, too?

The individual licenses are for a lifetime. You get updates to the app itself (v2.10 to 2.13), but not upgrades (Fences 2 to 3).
