Error - Passcode Is Incorrect

I have a three monitor Win10 Pro PC running MP as primary. I have added a one monitor Win10 PC running MP as secondary. MP primary connects to MP secondary, but shows the error message "Multiplicity was able to connect to the computer, but your passcode is incorrect". The passcodes are identical, I re-typed them in both the MP primary and MP secondary. The encryption key is the same. Both are running version 3.42 KVM Pro Build 00078.

I have used MP previously on Win7 Ultimate PCs flawlessly. Anyone know how I can fix this error? Thanks in advance!

Please uninstall and reinstall and let me know if it continues.

This is happening to me as well. Seamless works just fine, but KVM mode is now stating the passcode is incorrect. I've tried changing to a new passcode and same issue. It says it can connect but my passcode is incorrect. It seems silly to have to uninstall and reinstall, but I'll try it.

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled on both machines, and it is now working.

I un-installed and re-installed the latest version on both PCs. I still have the same problem. Any other ideas to resolve this issue?
