must have been an update that screwed it up?

A few days ago, there must have been an update or something that completely changed my object dock. Whatever happened removed most all of the program shortcuts and replaced them with a few others. Additionally, my tab dock was completely removed. As I tried to restore it, the links do not work and they are just a black white shortcut. I am using Windows 10 and once I create a shortcut on my desktop and drag it to the dock it will place it, however, it will not open the program. Does anyone know how to make this thing perform correctly as it was previously?

I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

As far as I know OD doesn't update itself. If there are updates you have to manually install them.

There was not an update for ObjectDock and you would have had to download it if there was. As was suggested, I would try completely reinstalling.

I'm guessing the OP means an update to Windows?

Just a guess.

I reckon so.... my ObjectDock completely crashed as well...

No crash here. Win10 updates smoothly, no problems.

I did uninstall it and reinstall Object dock and some of the problems were resolved. Some programs that I had in the original dock are proving to be difficult to figure out how to get them back. A couple of examples are 1password and firefox, I can not figure out how to get them into the dock.

If you go to the settings, there is a box you can check that will install automatic updates.

You can't drag and drop Firefox into the dock?

That is what I first tried several times and it will not accept it!

Question: When you drag the icon to the dock does a tiny window open that says link? If it does that's when you drop it.
