Error code:-212

When I want to activate Fences,  it is very difficult to connect server recently ,and Errot code:-212 poped up. How to deal with it?

I used my Stardock account to try to activate Fences, the same problem occured only one time, and then I tried again, the -212 error did not poped up, but it is still very hard to connect server to activate Fences. After that I tried to use product key to activate Fences, it is easy to activate Fences, so I think there may be something not good to use Stardock account to activate Fences.
