DesktopX animation - HELP!

OK, simply, does anyone know where I can find helpful information concerning creating animated objects. It can't be that difficult so I must be doing something wrong.

At the risk of stating the obvious, have you actually opened the helpfile included with DX?
It has everything you need regarding making animated objects.

Hippy - the helpfile you mention is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard but thanks anyway..

May I make a suggestion? Find the animations you like (I started with Heavy Equipment), and tear them apart with a graphix program and by opening each piece of it in desktop x. Yes, you'll have frustrations, failed attempts and lots of work, but the experience of the learning efforts will give you what you want. Who said that..? No pain no gain?
