No delevery

I tried to order start 10 as an upgrade for start8. Something went wrong and I was charged 4 times but no delivery.

Got a mail from fraudsales@stardock.com and they wanted me to answer within 24 hours, which did. Nothing happend.

Tried to mail that adress again but got in return with the comment "would violate local account restrictions".

What to do now?

I've gone ahead and processed your order. You should now be all set and able to receive the order email.

Same problem here. Emails keep getting bounced with the "local account restriction" error message. My order number is #OQL-535-37638. Thanks. -James
