What is wrong with your payment gateway?

I was trying to order Fences 2 , you charged my Creditcard 2.0$ (???????) instead of 9,99$ whilst the fact that there was a big red mark saying "purchase failed blabla whatever" wich i wondered very much ebcause i use my Net+ creditcard  in many cases everyday without trouble.

do you scam people?

i can send  proof screenshot if you want.

A $2 charge would be an auth hold and is completely normal. It is not a real charge, and should disappear within a few days (time varies by bank). If your card has limited funds available and could not support both the auth and the actual charge, that could cause it to fail. Other reasons for failure could be mismatched billing info.
