Fences deacivate the other computer BUG(Not secure enough)

When I enter produck key and email address, following window poped up, then I found the process  to deactivate the other computer is not secure enough.

To deactivate the other computer is very important issue, but only input Product key and E-mail address is not enough, Fences should also require to inputting user passwords with full authentication.

Unable to activate Fences, as it's currently active

                   on a different computer

Click continue to deactivate the other computer and proceed

                  with activation on this computer."
