I have the same issue since updating to Windows 10 1511 Update (Build 10586.11), which affects all Jump Lists within Start 10 v1.05.

You can't remove any items or pin/unpin any items in any Jump List.

Pin to start menu works, all apps are pinned to the top, what does not work is 'Pin to this list' ..... for example in the Excel recent's popup, 'Pin to this list' does not work, it does nothing.

My windows 10 version is 1511 (Build 10586.11)

i have this issue as well, will only clear if start10 is reinstalled

We have an update in testing for the jump lists in the menu not showing correctly.  Hopefully this will be released this week.

When uninstalling and reinstalling start10 is there a settings file i can just copy and paste back so i dont have to setup start10 again?

Uninstalling and reinstalling should keep all your settings.
