Downloading problems

from WinCustomize Forums

Hello all,

I'm trying to download cursors and skins and not able to and was just wondering if something is wrong with the site or something is wrong with my computer.

Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Are you logged on as an ODNT or WinCustomize subscriber or current customer? If not, you may have hit the 500MB download cap.

If you are still an active member of Wincustomize there should be no problem. If you are no longer an active member your downloads per 24 hours are limited. 

To test I just downloaded 4 things without a problem so at least for me the site is working. Sorry can't help any further.

Thanks for the replys everyone, I guess I finally hit my limit and was using the first account I ever created here.

I've made a new account using my stardock customer account details and still not able to download anything.

I'm currently using Chrome Version 46.0.2490.86 m

Is there a way to cross reference my accounts so I am able to download again.

You can merge accounts here.

Just remember that when you purchase a product, you get 1 year of unlimited downloads from WinCustomize. After that you are subject to downloads caps.
