Unable to activate Fences on virtual machine

Hello,

I'm trying to activate Fences 2.13 on a virtual machine (Win 7 x64 on VMware), but getting an error: "Unable to activate Fences. The license is currently associated with a different computer." I've already activated the program on my other virtual machine (also Win 7 x64 on VMware) and I succeeded.

What is the problem?
