Object Desktop Manager won't let me login

When I try to login from the object desktop manager, I get an error.

Ive already reset my password using the link in the manager login window, reinstalled the manager, can login to the website with the changed password but the desktop manager refuses to let me in. Any ideas?

And of course, as soon as I report the problem I've been seeing for two days, its suddenly working. Apparently needed to be threatened. Thanks, I'm all set
