Windows 10 & Fences 3.0 BETA or Fences 2.13

In order to get an icon into a Fence area I have to Copy and then Paste in the proper Fence and then I delete the icon that is on the Desktop.

I can not just Move an icon over to a Fence.  If I try to Move an icon to any Fence area the icon returns to the Desktop.

Which version are you running? Did you try both with the same result?

Do you use any software such as Internet Security 360, Total Security 360?

Ok, This is what I have found:  Microsoft Office (Office 365) MS Office 2016 Documents will not move or stay in the fenced area.  However, it will stay in the fenced area if the document is saved as .doc NOT as .docx

The security that is running is AVG.  I also have Anti-MalWare running.

I did not have a problem with Win7Ultimate.
