I purchased a renewal but with a different email address
Now I cannot use it and no-one has rersponded in support
I have had a subscription for a year.
I purchased a renewal for Object Desktop from an email that came through 10 days ago, it was a lot cheaper than the full licence so I thought why not.
But I forgot to do it with the email that I have my existing Stardock account with. So now I cannot use the renewal. I have made a new account in stardock with the email that I purchased the renewal with but because there are no existing downloads it just sits there doing nothing and I can do nothing.
I have asked Stardock to correct this but they are not responding, and the email confirmation I get back from them is useless for my problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions at this point?
