I purchased a renewal but with a different email address

Now I cannot use it and no-one has rersponded in support

I have had a subscription for a year.

I purchased a renewal for Object Desktop from an email that came through 10 days ago, it was a lot cheaper than the full licence so I thought why not.

But I forgot to do it with the email that I have my existing Stardock account with.  So now I cannot use the renewal.  I have made a new account in stardock with the email that I purchased the renewal with but because there are no existing downloads it just sits there doing nothing and I can do nothing.

I have asked Stardock to correct this but they are not responding, and the email confirmation I get back from them is useless for my problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions at this point?

Yes...just so happens I do. ;)

Merge the two accounts you created:

I would suggest merging the new account you created after the purchase ("Source Account" on the left side of the page) with your trusty old account ("Destination Account" on the right side of the page).

Actually, Stardock probably did respond (auto-reply) and that response is probably in the email account associated with your first account, or in a "spam" folder there. Stop writing to Support until you find the "Auto-replies" since you're kicking your request for help to the end of the queue each time you do. Support works 9-5 Eastern Time, M-F. Depending on the number of requests for help, the response from an actual support person might take a couple of days.

If the merging accounts doesn't work, then find where the 'auto-reply' went, because that's where the actual Support person's response will go. Make sure to "white list" email from Stardock so it won't go to that 'spam' folder.

No...it should appear immediately.

I hope you sent an email to Support giving all the details of your payment (no credit card numbers) and your subsequent actions. If you don't see the auto-reply within 24 hrs, check that spam folder, as I suggested earlier.

Make sure to save the auto-reply as it has your ticket number. You can edit your original post and add that Support ticket number...if a Support person sees this thread.

The support ticket with the number is not flagged as spam and comes into my inbox.

The payment went through fine and was showing up as a renewal in the new account I had to set up, but it is not showing in the merged account.

I sent support details including the order number on the 28th October.

It seems I have been forgotten about by them. :(

You haven't been forgotten. There may be a backlog in requests for support or the order in which yours was received. Be patient, support will get to you.
