Dim Icons when using fences and Deskscapes

I am using Deskscapes with Fences. Everything works but I can hardly see my icons any more. I tried adjusting in the menu but it makes no difference. I have Win 7 64 bit os. It used to be ok but now the icons are barely visible. Help Please.

Could you upload a screenshot? I don't understand the problem. I don't think Deskscapes will dim your icons.
