Windows 7 'show folder in a menu' hick-ups

Hello i made a folder shortcut on my dock with "show folder in a menu" to represent the lanuchpad of a macOS on windows with program shortcuts;

however, every time i press it for the first time after booting, it causes a 'hick up' or "lagg" for a few seconds, and after that on random ocassions;

also, it also doesnt display some of the program icons; its just a blank icon; only the windows controll panel shortcuts icons are displayed.

I've tried to remake the folder with a difrrent path, but the same thing happens
