v2.13

help?

I just recently upgraded to win 10 and found an issue with moving desktop icons.  A little bit of research showed that my older version of fences was supposedly the problem.  So I searched out an updated version.  I was able to sign up for a 30 day trial of v2.01, but the icon problem still exists.  Now looking back to the forums I read before, it says v2.13 will fix this problem.  I cannot find 2.13 anywhere, nor does my current version have a link to update.  Can anyone help me get this  updated please?

Do you have Object Desktop? Or standalone Fences?

If you have ObjectDesktop, you can get it from your downloads page.

If standalone, you may need to purchase the new version, which is Fences 3. Which is a beta.

I think the trial version is v2.13. Where did you download from?

I downloaded it from this site.  I searched it out a couple places and Norton told me it stopped the download because it was unsafe so, I went straight to the source and searched out this page.

Fences is one of several programs associated with Object Desktop. These include Windowblinds, Start 8, Multiplicity, Space Monger, Launch 8 and a few others. By subscribing to Object Desktop you get all these and more in one suite of programs. Also free upgrades for one year and a discount should you decide to renew. Please note: Not all programs are compatible with Windows 10 as of yet. Here is the list.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. Can you download and run the tool below:

http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe

Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support. With your ticket, if you could also link to this forum post, it would be most helpful:

I created the ticket and attached the zip file.  I hope that doesn't cause too much commotion about all of this.  I honestly thought this would be a simple fix.  I figured I am simply not looking in the right place to find the updates.

But thank you all for the help.  I appreciate it immensely.
