Problems - Windows 10

Takes forever for the fences to come up

I just noticed it took about 15 minutes after I re-started my computer for the fences and icons to show on my computer.  What gives?

Thanks,

there is a beta out for Fences (2.90.0) that I believe is Windows 10 compatible.  If you have version 2.13.0 then you should see the beta going to Stardock/My Account/My Downloads.  :)

Windows 10! That's yer problem right there!   Not only is it butt ugly and generally speaking a UI disaster, it's a phone home, spying turncoat you wouldn't trust as far as you could spit a golf ball.

Leave it up to the cap'n to shine a light.

There is an issue with Fences showing up at boot. You can contact support below to get instructions on a work around. Right clicking your desktop also works, in the meantime, to get them to show up.

I have ObjectDock 2.20.x & Fences 2.13, but I don't seem to have access to the fences beta. Is it only for folks who bought ObjectDesktop?

lwhitton, I believe that if you purchased the standalone version of Fences that the beta should be available to you.  Hopefully one of the Stardock folks will see your question and confirm that.

I don't see a beta available on my page

You'll need an active Object Desktop suite.

Seems odd given we have a known problem.

You don't have an activate ODNT purchase.

The problem being you don't see the beta?
