Cannot uninstall Fences 2 in Windows 10
Fences does not show up in 'Uninstall or Change a program' list

I don't know if these facts have anything to do with it but I'll leave them here;
1. I downloaded fences on windows 7 I think, and updated my Operating system to Windows 10.
2. I believe I have uninstalled stardock through the 'Uninstall or Change a program' list in my control panel on Windows 7 but has had no noticeable changes other then removing it from the list.
What I've tried;
1. Updating my registry with the registry fix tool on Advanced SystemCare 8 program.
2. Looking for the program using AdvanceSystemCare 8 powerful uninstall tool and it is not there.
3. Found the uninstall files named uninstall.bat but am unable to click the bat file.
How the program still functions;
1. Does not show up when searching for fences in the start menu.
2. In program files x86 folder there is stardock folder, and a sub folder with many files for fences.
3. Fences doesn't show up in startup tab in task manager.
