Start10 not working

I installed Start10 1.02 on a Windows 10 Home machine. Appears that the service was installed and is running, but I cannot access the Start10 Start menu. I can't run the configuration app or do any kind of setup of the app. Any one else having a problem? Can't show the problem because there is nothing to show. It's as though I don't even have Start10 installed.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. I don't see that you've activated just yet. Try that and see if it continues.

I had Start8 installed, so I purchased with the upgrade price for Start10. I don't know whether the version provided for download was any different than the regular version. During the install I was told to first uninstall Start8.

I cannot get to the screen indicated in the link so that I can activate my product.

All I received by email was a receipt indicating my purchase of Start10 Upgrade.
