Buggs in 8.49 beta + windows 10 (x64) Clean install

I just finished doing a clean install with nothing else installed expect beta 8.49 and there are a few issues

First off I running MulitMOnitrs 2x1080

First off The moment I install the Icons are locked on the desktop
Right click a icon on the desktop will crash DSHOST.exe and will restart it.. In 2 cases it completely crashed DSHOST.exe, SD8Srv.exe and Deskscapes64.exe and forced me to have to re load the application.. When it dose crash the icons become unlocked.. so this is a Deskscape issue it self.

oh one last thing no matter what when the deskscape crashes or restarts it takes out explore.exe and has to reload along side deskscape (DSHOST)

I cannot see how DS8Srv.exe would be crashing out as it is a service which has no involvement what so ever with animations running.

In my opinion if that crashed out there is something else going wrong on your PC.
