Run does not display as a link in Start Menu

Even though I set Run to display as a link it's not there. I installed Start10 on 3 Windows 10 computers and set Run to display on all three. One of the three computers doesn't show it in the Start Menu. What could be the problem?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. Can you download and run the tool below:

http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe

Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support:

I haven't heard from support yet, but I just discovered something. In the Appearance Setting of Start 10, if I uncheck Replace Start 10 search with Cortana Search, "Run" appears in the Star Menu. Is this the way the software is intended to be?

It sounds like it is not allocating quite enough space for it when the search field is hidden.  Increase the number of icons to be displayed in the left hand list and it may resolve the problem for you.
