No email with activation details

I purchased Fences two days ago and received nothing within the 1 business day as promised. I left a voicemail for Support yesterday and didn't hear back. Just repurchased in case I made a mistake and got a call from my bank to say it was a duplicate purchase.

 

Can I request immediate follow up please? I am a corporate user and have requested admin rights to install this and the delay is embarrassing.

Your order required some manual processing, which I've gone ahead and taken care of. You should be receiving a confirmation email any moment now. I also noticed there was a second order attempt for the same item and I've gone ahead and cancelled that to avoid any duplicate charges to your card. Sorry for the trouble!
