Yesterday I bought GoodnightEarth, without having an Account, so i din“t get it. Then I made an account and bought it another time and i still dont got it! it is not in my Skin List

Stardock support tickets are replied to on a first come, first served basis.
Depending on the volume of tickets it could take a couple of days to have a reply from a tech support person.
This time can be longer if a support request is made during the weekend or during holidays.
Please note: After receiving the auto-generated ticket number you should not email again until hearing from a live tech support as this will reset your position in the support queue which will extend the time to get your ticket looked at.
Support is open Monday - Friday (9am-4pm EST), excluding holidays.

I would like to look into this further, as I am not seeing any purchases made using your account.
Could you have completed your purchase using a different email address (perhaps one you use just for making payment \ PayPal)?
If not, do you possibly have an order or serial number from a prior purchase? If not that, I would need the PayPal transaction ID or the last 4 digits of the credit card used and the exact date of purchase.
IMPORTANT: All of this data would best forwarded in a ticket and I would not recommend posting any personal or sensitive information to these forums.
