Serious purchase problem

Several days ago I've ordered Ashes of the Singularity Founder's Lifetime Edition using e-mail address I'm using on this account. Account was created during purchase, but product never appeared on downloads ("No registrations found") or order history page ("No orders found"). Got no email with the game key as well. I've been charged for a whopping $99 and now I don't even have any visible confirmation that I did. Please help!

Have you contacted Support? support@stardock.com ? Or, https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit ?

Stardock support tickets are replied to on a first come, first served basis.

Depending on the volume of tickets it could take a couple of days to have a reply from a tech support person.

This time can be longer if a support request is made during the weekend or during holidays.

Please note: After receiving the auto-generated ticket number you should not email again until hearing from a live tech support as this will reset your position in the support queue which will extend the time to get your ticket looked at.

Support is open Monday - Friday (9am-4pm EST), excluding holidays.

Did you use PayPal as the payment method?

if so, is the email different than your Stardock account?

I've used credit card secure checkout, and don't even have PayPal account. On a side note, same credit card info is also used on my friend's account, and I suppose it can be the reason for error.

There is a chance your order could have been flagged for a fraud check. This would be for both your benefit and Stardock's.

Although it may appear as the funds have been charged to your card it is most likely it has been put on hold until the purchase information can be verified.

If you haven't already done so, please complete a support ticket request as suggested in reply 1 by DrJBHL.

Post the auto- generated ticket number here in a comment.

Unfortunately, it is the weekend and Support will not return to work until Monday morning 9am.

I will endeavour to make Support aware of this issue first thing on Monday.

Suddenly, another problem emerged - while there were no additional purchases from mine or KaneTiberian's account, we've got charged for $99 third time with bank notification mentioning STARDOCK CORPORATION as transaction target (yes, in caps lock, original notifications' target was Stardock Corporation). Probably, billing system malfunctioned and charged twice for one of the purchases. Created new ticket: #CVO-391-19227.

Yeah, I had much the same issue, key issued, worked on steam, but no order history. I paid with paypal, linked to my credit card and bought just the basic game, but wanted to add the lifetime expansion if I liked what I saw.

Just a bit worried how that will all work with no order history! Do I get an additional steam key for the DLC
