lost my serial number

The owner/user needs to login to her Stardock account and retrieve the serial for install...;)

yes i know, but i have a lot Customer and on the begining i dont use the following tool on stardock website.

marco105,  Products purchased or allocated to a particular User are confidential-to-that-user as part of their account UserId.  They cannot be released/revealed to a third party.

If you are reinstalling an OS for 'a lot of Customers' you will have to organize for each of them to login and access their accounts to retrieve their purchase details/serials which you can then install for them if they wish....;)
