Hacker Array- multiple hacks of the same resource

I was messing around and decided to hack silicon over and over again just for fun. I built 4 hacker arrays so i queued up 4 hacks of silicon. At any given point only 1 hacker array would be operating and working on shorting silicon while the other 3 would stay idle. I tried canceling out and hacking 1 carbon, 1 silicon, 1 power, and 1 water and it worked ok so it looks like it just doesn't work with a single resource. When you're launching resources offworld you can launch the same one over and over again. Why not hacker arrays hacking the same resource?

This has been done before and it was nerfed because it was overpowered.

Thanks for the clarification cubit. I didn't remember that from prior betas.

Right now I think offworlds are still too overpowered. At the moment it's just a rush to offworlds with very little means of winning if any prices are good. Perhaps this same treatment should be applied to the offworld buildings.

Interesting cubit. I tried something similar with steel shorts and asked Phreak about it in the game.. didn't know it used to be a feature though.

@blackmagic Cool thought on offworlds, but what happens in the big games when you've got more than three or four? Additional offworlds wouldn't have any use at all. Who want to ship iron offworld for 20k? :(

Hacked shorts were nerfed quite a bit in 2 ways. I think they could use a buff again. Their power was weakened and the time to get to them increased, even an OW launch takes less time. Fortunately the cost of a short isnt exponential anymore.
