"All Programs"

I've installed Start10 in four different PCs......some old, some new, 2 laptops and 2 desktops.

 

On one of the laptops, a Samsung just a couple years old and upgraded from Win8.1, the "All Programs" link does not work.

Instead of getting the folder-and-sub-folder hierarchy (which is the MAIN thing I want; I hate the alphabetized-only listing of programs under the stock Windows 10 start menu) I get a BLANK field.

 

And then sometimes Start10 will work and the "All Programs" link is fully populated.  

 

Any ideas?  I've fussed with settings in the Start10 application, but I have not been able to find a setting that insures the "All Programs" menu will be populated.  It seems to randomly work (correctly populated with folders and sub-folders) and randomly not work (blank).

I created a ticket and added two files (the correct view and and incorrect view) but it does not appear the files uploaded.  Please advise if you have received the screenshots or not.
