Sub menu text blur

Is there any solution for this it happens with all themes.using windows 7,the sub menu text just all blur together when scrolling

Its Cockos Reaper,its a sub menu within that program

I've had the exact same thing happen though I don't recall which program. I suspect it's very easy to replicate with any menu that has a submenu that has a long list of items like that.
