How long does it take for a ticket to be answered?

Does anyone know how long it takes for customer service to assign a ticket? I bought a product 3 days ago and still haven't received it. I put in a ticket 2 days ago and no response. Then I out in a claim via PayPal and still nothing from Stardock. Is this normal?

Stardock support tickets are replied to on a first come, first served basis.

Depending on the volume of tickets it could take a couple of days to have a reply from a tech support person.

This time can be longer if a support request is made during the weekend or during holidays.

Please note: After receiving the auto-generated ticket number you should not email again until hearing from a live tech support as this will reset your position in the support queue which will extend the time to get your ticket looked at.

You can always contact support on IRC during normal working hours. Support are open Monday - Friday (9am-4pm EST) Excluding holidays.

You can post your ticket number here in a comment and I will attempt to get support to look into this tomorrow morning when they return to work.

I've responded to your ticket Dendrite. As Hankers pointed out, first come, first served. Glad we were able to get you all taken care of. :)
