Start 10 cannot keep activation status

I have activated my Start 10 version 0.99 several days ago. But today Start 10 told me that it was not activated. So I reactivated it a second time. What may be the problem ?

Could be an anti-virus removing the file, or any automated cleaning solution.

Thank you very much for your answer.

 

I do not have anti-virus software, just Windows Defender. I do not observe any viral activity in my computer. Anyway, if another request is made by Start10 as to repeat activation in the future, I will advise.

i had activated object dock a month ago...just bought a key to activate start 10 only to find there is no button to submit my key...afterwards objectdock started doing the same thing...im pissed to say the least...i had to remove object dock....even thought i paid for it because the other one i bought from them is messed up...i wants my moneys back or working software
