Can't move icons

Why can I not move icons between fences or from the desktop to a fence.In fact I get a stop sign whenever I try to move any icon, whether it be in a fence or on the desktop. I am running Windows 8,1 64bit. I have Start8 but no other Stardock products. My fences version is 2.10

Same problem. It takes my Product Key. I have Win 8.1 and Fences 2.13. Error message is Error in C:\Fences\FencesMenu64.dll.

Any advice??

I installed the update mentioned above and it solved the problem. It was the same version number but it fixed the problem.
