Using Windows 7 64, when using SoundPackager the system start sound will always be a Win7 sound instead of the one in whatever theme is applied.
Any ideas?
Yep had this problem myself. Soundpackager not being able to change the startup sound. I found this little program thst did the job for me in a snap. As always make sure you scan it before using. but i use this myself and have never had a problem and it's a breeze to use. http://www.intowindows.com/startup-sound-changer-change-windows-7-startup-sound/

I was always wondering why this stayed in windows seven.if its a sound recreater why didn't it reach windows 8 compatibility or maybe a windows 10 update.this was a good program but it hasn't been updated in ages.
would be nice to see this and maybe some abandon stardock ware in 10 or perhaps something entirely new and unexpected as a replacement
the avp soundpack was my favorite <3
