Fences unmovable/unconfigurable

from Stardock Forums

Completely Removed Fences (Add/Remove Programs) version 2.13 and rebooted.

Fences did not come back up on reboot.

Reinstalled Fences - Old Fences immediately reappeared and again will not allow me to move, resize, or reconfigure in any way.

How do I remove Fences so that I can create new fences and perhaps resolve my issue?

Right click on a Fence, then go to view and see if the Fences are locked, if so, unlock them.   Hopefully that solves your problem.   :)
