An Impressive LS theme.

Really? I may have to look at it now. It's one of the few that I've downloaded, just haven't gotten around to look at it - I don't use Litestep often enough (primarily because all of the themes I try out wind up causing it to use /more/ memory than explorer! Grrrr.)

Where was I? Oh yes! I just may have to look at it now! What's the memory usage on it like, Jafo? (with only 256 MB on the notebook and Windows XP, my memory usage is in mind. ^_^)

Litestep? what's that?!

was at 11 meg...and 1% cpu.....not a problem there, and certainly less pain than Exploder...

Geez - no matter what theme I've tried - even with Simplicity (which I /love/ - but the bar's a bit big for me,) I can't get Litestep's memory usage down below 18 megs.

That's idle, just sitting there and doing nothing. Higher than explorer, on my system.

The more 'fancy' it is, the more modules are loaded...the more mem is used [generally]....

I have to second Jafo's opinions with this theme. It's a coding masterpiece. Options like variable transparency and animation available at the click of one setting, are pretty unique within Litestep. Take into account the mutiple graphical schemes and this theme is a real keeper

*chuckles* Well, I can't say I've looked at any /fancy/ ones - not visually fancy anyway, but I'm still going to have to look at this one. Well, as soon as I figure out why Carapace decided to simply stop loading at boot, even though it's still my shell.

Maybe someday I'll try my hand at making a litestep theme again... well, once I reacquaint myself with the modules, and .rc editting and all of that! It's been a /long/ time.

Drats - I thought I had it - but I'm guessing I don't.

Hrm - so now, where to get?
